Two of New Braunfels’ most beloved downtown destinations, Muck & Fuss and its cocktail bar neighbor Sidecar, are stepping up in a big way to support Hill Country flood recovery efforts.
This Tuesday, July 29, both businesses will donate 100% of all profits to Hill Country Flood Relief, in partnership with Texans on Mission. That includes all food, drink, and merchandise sales throughout the day. It’s one of the most generous efforts we’ve seen from local restaurants yet.
Want to make an even bigger impact? They’re also selling limited-edition flood relief t-shirts, provided by the New Braunfels Tourism Board, for just $10, and every single dollar from those shirt sales will be added to the final donation total.
Eat Good, Do Good
In case you needed another reason to stop by, Muck & Fuss just dropped a new special in time for the occasion: the Buffalo Mac Stack.
We’re talking:
- Crispy fried buffalo chicken breast
- Jalapeño cheddar bun
- Creamy pimento mac & cheese
- BBQ drizzle
- Fried onion strings
On the side? Fries loaded with chopped bacon, green onions, and house-made ranch. They recommend pairing it with a cold Krispyyy Boyyy lager from Saloon Door Brewery.
It’s indulgent, it’s comforting, and it supports a good cause.
