Earth Day 2026 at Headwaters at the Comal

A morning dedicated to conservation and community engagement returns with the Annual New Braunfels Community Earth Day & Arbor Day Celebration at Headwaters at the Comal. The event will take place on April 18 from 9 am to 12 pm at 347 E Klingemann St, New Braunfels, TX 78130, bringing together residents to learn about sustainability and local environmental efforts.

Hosted in partnership with the City of New Braunfels and Headwaters at the Comal, the celebration will include the giveaway of more than 1,000 one-gallon native Texas trees, encouraging participants to contribute to a greener community. Educational opportunities throughout the event will highlight the importance of trees and ongoing conservation initiatives. The City will also mark 38 years as a member of the Tree City USA program, recognizing its long-standing commitment to protecting and maintaining urban forestry through dedicated policies and programs.
