UIL Physicals for 2026–2027 at Long Creek High School

Students preparing for the 2026–2027 school year can complete required UIL physicals on May 26 at 9 am during an on-site physical event hosted at Long Creek High School. The event is open to all NBISD students needing a UIL physical for athletics, marching band, or other UIL activities.

Licensed medical professionals will conduct the physical exams, with student vitals completed during the week leading up to the event to help save time. The cost is $20, payable by cash or check made out to the Long Creek Band Parent Association.

Students receiving physicals through their personal physician or another medical provider must submit a completed UIL Pre-Participation Physical Form by May 26, 2026.
