Books on Tap at Del Sol Coffee and Cocktails

Science fiction, fantasy, and horror readers can gather for an evening of discussion during Books on Tap, a monthly book club hosted at local wineries and breweries around New Braunfels. The group explores imaginative fiction while offering a relaxed social atmosphere for readers to connect and share perspectives.
June’s featured selection is The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin, a groundbreaking science fiction novel that follows a human emissary sent to the alien world of Winter, where inhabitants can change gender. Through themes of culture, identity, psychology, and human connection, the novel remains one of the landmark works of intellectual science fiction.
This month’s meeting will take place on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Del Sol Coffee and Cocktails, located at 1273 River Terrace, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
The event is open to adults ages 18 and older. Registration is required, and there are 24 seats available.
