It wouldn’t be summertime in New Braunfels without the 29th Annual Two Ton Tuesdays at Gruene Hall. Every Tuesday evening from June 3 through August 12, the beloved rockabilly band Two Tons of Steel brings their high-energy show to the historic dance hall, filling it with the unmistakable sound of Texas rockabilly.
Before the music kicks off, guests can learn simple and fun East Coast Swing steps in a one-hour dance class perfect for beginners or anyone looking to polish their wraps, tunnels, turns, and spins. After the lesson, stick around Gruene for dinner and then hit the dance floor to put your moves to the test with Two Tons of Steel delivering a rockin’ set that always gets the crowd moving.
