The 39th Annual Gruene Music & Wine Fest returns October 9–12, 2025, bringing four days of music, wine, and community spirit to historic Gruene, Texas. Presented by Gruene Hall and KNBT 92.1 FM, this beloved festival features four distinct events benefiting United Way of Comal County.
The celebration begins Thursday, October 9, with the Kickoff Party from 5 to 8 pm at The Grapevine. Guests can enjoy free admission, wine and beer tastings, and live music in a relaxed outdoor setting.
On Friday, October 10, Stars & Guitars takes over Gruene Hall from 5 to 8:30 pm. This ticketed evening includes a private concert, meet-and-greet with the headliner, full-service dinner catered by the Gristmill River Restaurant, curated wine tastings, and an exciting auction.
Saturday, October 11, brings Tastings & Tunes from 12 to 6 pm at The Grapevine. Free to attend, the day features tastings from eight Texas wineries and five Texas breweries, along with live music throughout the afternoon.
The festival closes on Sunday, October 12, with Cody Canada’s Sunday All-Star Playlist at Gruene Hall from 2 to 7 pm. This ticketed show highlights top Americana and country talent in an unforgettable all-star lineup.
This year’s live music includes performances by Jamey Johnson, Josh Abbott Band, Chaparelle, Cody Canada, Justin Furstenfeld of Blue October, William Clark Green, Jamie Lin Wilson, and more.
