Authentic Italian Cuisine at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards

Authentic Italian Cuisine takes place Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards in New Braunfels. Priced at $89, this hands-on class focuses on traditional Italian techniques and the preparation of classic dishes.
The evening begins with a crostino featuring honey-roasted fig and prosciutto. Participants will then learn to make handcrafted chicken meatballs using freshly ground meat and create fall-inspired fresh pasta for authentic fettuccine Alfredo. The class focuses on techniques such as balancing fat and seasoning, working with fresh pasta dough, and emulsifying butter, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and pasta water for a delicate sauce.
The class concludes with olive oil gelato. The menu may change without notice based on product availability. Allergy information includes wheat/gluten, eggs, and dairy.
