Beginner Shuttle Tatting Class at Heritage Village

Learn the timeless art of shuttle tatting during this beginner-friendly class at Heritage Village on Saturdays, August 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2026, from 1 pm to 3 pm. Participants will learn traditional tatting techniques, including rings, chains, picots, and joins, while creating projects to take home. By the end of the course, students will have the skills to continue making lace bookmarks, ornaments, jewelry, and other handcrafted pieces. No prior experience is required. The cost is $30 and includes a beginner’s tatting kit. The class is open to ages 11 and older, with enrollment limited to eight participants.
