Children’s Sound Bath Workshop at New Braunfels Public Library

Children can explore relaxation, mindfulness, and self-expression during the Children’s Sound Bath Workshop at the New Braunfels Public Library. Led by Indigo Ikemba, this interactive workshop is designed to support emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and overall well-being through age-appropriate sound therapy practices in a safe and inclusive environment.

Each session introduces children to the calming qualities of sound using singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion instruments, and guided listening activities. The workshop combines playful, hands-on experiences with mindfulness techniques that encourage children to build self-awareness, relaxation skills, and confidence in an engaging setting.

The Children’s Sound Bath Workshop will take place on Friday, June 5, 2026, and Friday, July 24, 2026, from 10 am to 11 am in the Main Library Meeting Room at the New Braunfels Public Library Main Branch, located at 700 E Common St, New Braunfels, TX 78130. The program is recommended for children ages 5 to 7.
