Cory Morrow at Gruene Hall

Texas country legend Cory Morrow brings his raw honesty and electrifying live performance to Gruene Hall on Saturday, August 9, 2025. Known for blending deeply personal storytelling with high-octane energy, Morrow continues to capture audiences with songs rooted in life’s messy truths. From rowdy anthems to introspective ballads, his music spans the spiritual and the gritty, reflecting a journey that’s as much about redemption as it is about revelry.

Morrow’s latest studio album, Whiskey & Pride, showcases that duality with powerful songwriting and a vintage Texas Country sound. With contributions from producer and steel guitar great Lloyd Maines, the album includes fan-favorite tracks like “Always and Forever” featuring Jamie Lin Wilson, as well as nods to musical mentors Rodney Crowell and Jerry Jeff Walker.

Doors open at 8 pm, with opener Cameron Allbright taking the stage at 9 pm. Cory Morrow will follow with a headlining performance at 10:30 pm.
