Dachshund Races at Krause’s Cafe

The 2025 Dachshund Race Series returns to Krause’s Cafe, offering one of the most beloved and entertaining events in New Braunfels. Guests can cheer on their favorite four-legged racers while enjoying a lively afternoon of family fun. Medals will be awarded to race winners and the best-dressed Weiner dog, with top racers earning a spot in the finals on December 7.
The next race will be held on November 2, 2025, from 2 pm to 5 pm. Doors open at 1 pm. Tickets are $7 for everyone ages 5 and up. Racer registration is $15 per dog and includes two admission tickets for the owners. Please note: only dogs registered to race will be allowed entry.
