Dennis Ludiker at The Redbird Listening Room

An evening of stories and songs takes place at The Redbird Listening Room as Dennis Ludiker performs on April 25, 2026, at 7:30 pm. The performance offers an intimate listening-room experience focused on live music and storytelling.

Dennis Ludiker is a fourth-generation fiddle player who has built a career performing and touring internationally. After moving to Austin at age 18, he joined the South Austin Jug Band and later became a founding member of the progressive bluegrass group MilkDrive. Ludiker also spent eight years performing with Asleep at the Wheel, contributing fiddle, mandolin, and vocals before stepping away in 2022 to focus on his company, Ludiker House. His recordings include The Texas Fiddle Album, highlighting his deep connection to Texas fiddle traditions.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, with a $10 fee per group. The venue also offers Ramblers, sodas, coffee, and Redbird Charcuterie Plates from Huisache Grill.
