Need help with your smartphone, tablet, or laptop? Drop by the New Braunfels Library for an in-person Device Advice session with the Digital Services Team. These sessions are designed to help improve digital literacy by assisting patrons with common technology questions and tasks.

Topics may include:

  • Using OverDrive/Libby and SimplyE for free eBooks and audiobooks
  • Accessing library databases and digital services like Hoopla and Pronunciator
  • Navigating email and Internet basics (please bring your usernames and passwords)
  • Social media setup and use
  • eReader, tablet, and smartphone support
  • Basic troubleshooting and general tech guidance
