Drop-in Chess for Tweens & Teens at New Braunfels Public Library

Young players can sharpen their strategy and enjoy friendly competition during Drop-in Chess for Tweens & Teens at the New Braunfels Public Library. This casual, welcoming program gives participants the chance to play chess with peers, practice new skills, and learn through gameplay in a relaxed environment that encourages both beginners and experienced players.
Sessions take place from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 4; Wednesday, March 4; Wednesday, April 1; and Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The program is held in the Teen Area at the New Braunfels Public Library Main Branch in New Braunfels, Texas, and is designed for tweens ages 8 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 17. Players may drop in on any listed date, and no prior registration is required.
