Electronics Recycling Drop-Off Event at New Braunfels City Hall

City of New Braunfels residents can responsibly recycle unwanted electronics during the Electronics Recycling Drop-Off Event on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 8 am to 12 pm. The event provides a secure, no-cost way to dispose of common electronic items while supporting proper recycling practices. The last vehicle in line at noon will be the final one assisted.

Accepted items include computers and related accessories such as mice and cords, monitors, televisions, telephones, copiers and printers, laptops, and cell phones. Household appliances, yard maintenance equipment, smoke detectors, batteries, light bulbs, Christmas lights, and any items containing Freon are not accepted. Trailers are not permitted, and all items must be transported in a truck bed or inside a car or trunk.

Participation is limited to City of New Braunfels residents. A valid photo ID along with a current utility bill from NBU or GVEC is required at drop-off. The event takes place at New Braunfels City Hall, located at 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
