Front Aerial Workshop #3 at AMPlify Movement

Take the next step toward mastering a front aerial at Front Aerial Workshop #3 on Friday, July 17, July 31, and August 14 from 2:30 pm to 4 pm at AMPlify Movement.
Part of a six-week summer training series, this workshop focuses on building the strength, power, confidence, and technique needed to successfully perform a front aerial. Participants will work through intentional progressions and skill-specific drills designed to help athletes reach their goals.
The workshop is open to ages 13 and older. Instructor approval is required for participants ages 12 and under, and attendees should already be able to perform a side aerial and front walkover. Registration is $45 for a single workshop or $240 for the full six-week series.
