Harvest Supper at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards

Harvest Supper takes place Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards in New Braunfels. Priced at $89, this seasonal cooking class celebrates fall flavors with a menu inspired by the harvest season.
The menu includes roasted pear and blue cheese salad with pomegranates and hazelnut vinaigrette, butternut squash risotto, chicken saltimbocca, and fresh figs over labneh with olive oil, sesame, and carob molasses.

The class is held at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards, 1741 Herbelin Road, New Braunfels. A wait list is available for this $89 class.
