Kelly Willis with Special Guest Dallas Burrow at Gruene Hall

Acclaimed Americana artist Kelly Willis will headline Gruene Hall on Saturday, September 27, 2025, joined by special guest Dallas Burrow.

Willis, hailed as Austin’s queen of Americana, first made waves with her MCA debut Well Travelled Love in 1990 before stepping away from the Nashville mold and redefining her career on her own terms. Her landmark 1999 release What I Deserve established her as a standout in the alt-country scene, earning critical acclaim from Rolling Stone and No Depression and later leading to her induction into the Austin Music Hall of Fame. With her signature powerhouse voice and richly personal songwriting, Willis continues to inspire fans worldwide.

Dallas Burrow, a Texas-born Americana songwriter, opens the evening with music that reflects his journey from globe-trotting troubadour to grounded family man. His 2019 debut Southern Wind climbed the UK Americana and US Alt-Country charts, while his 2021 self-titled album, produced by Bruce Robison, celebrates home, sobriety, and new beginnings.

Doors open at 7 pm. Dallas Burrow performs at 8 pm, followed by Kelly Willis at 9:30 pm. General admission is $25.
