Learn to Quilt at Snippets

Snippets hosts a beginner-friendly Learn to Quilt class on Saturday, October 10, from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. The class costs $30 and guides students through creating a 38-by-52-inch baby quilt top using the “Parade” quilt pattern by Villa Rosa Designs.

Participants will learn how to cut fabric, read a quilt pattern, and practice piecing techniques. Quilting and binding will not be completed during this class, but finishing options and information about a future binding class will be provided. Students can pick up the pattern and a prepared kit in the “Open Heart” fabric line at Snippets or select fabrics for a personalized project.

The class fee includes instruction and support. Students also receive 20% off class supplies and 20% off purchases made on the day of class, with some exclusions. Registration is available online, by phone, or in person at the shop.
