REK and Friends: Applause for The Cause at Whitewater Amphitheater

Robert Earl Keen and an all-star lineup of performers will take the stage at Whitewater Amphitheater on Thursday, August 28, 2025, for a one-night-only benefit concert, Applause for The Cause, presented by Buc-ee’s. The event will raise funds for the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country in support of recovery efforts following the July 4th flooding in Kerr County.

The evening will feature performances from Robert Earl Keen with special guest Tyler Childers, a trio set from Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall, and Jack Ingram, plus appearances by Cross Canadian Ragweed, Randy Rogers, Ryan Bingham, Ray Wylie Hubbard, and many more. The music begins mid-afternoon with Lloyd Maines and the Austin City Limits Band, leading into a full evening of Texas and Americana legends.

Doors open at 3 pm, with the main show starting at 7:30 pm. General admission tickets are $99, wing seating is $200, and preferred box seating is $416.67 per ticket (sold as a set of 12). One hundred percent of ticket proceeds will benefit the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.
