Sideman Song Swap at The Redbird Listening Room

Go behind the music with the Sideman Song Swap at The Redbird Listening Room on July 29 at 7:30 pm. This unique songwriter showcase, created by drummer and songwriter Michael Kelton, highlights talented musicians who have spent years performing alongside some of Texas’ most recognizable artists while also pursuing their own songwriting careers.

Drawing from more than two decades on the road with performers such as Pat Green, Zane Williams, Wade Bowen, and Hayes Carll, Kelton invites a different guest musician to join him for an evening of original songs, stories from the road, and insights into life as a professional touring musician. The performance offers audiences a rare glimpse into the experiences and creative work of artists who often perform just outside the spotlight.

The event will take place at The Redbird Listening Room, located at 1260 Elliot Knox Boulevard, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime.

Tickets are $20 per person. Guests may bring their own beverages for a $10 fee per group. Ramblers, soft drinks, coffee, and charcuterie plates will be available for purchase.
