Tejas Cajun at Krause’s Cafe

Experience an evening of lively Gulf Coast-inspired music as Tejas Cajun performs at Krause’s Cafe on Thursday, July 16, from 6 pm to 9 pm. The band blends original Tex-Mex, Cajun, and swamp music into a distinctive sound that celebrates the rich musical traditions of Texas and Louisiana.

Led by Americana Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Slim Bawb of Slim Bawb & The Fabulous Stumpgrinders, the group features Trey Martinez on button accordion and drums, along with Matt Morgan on washboard and Cajun accordion. Together, they deliver an energetic performance filled with infectious rhythms, spirited melodies, and authentic roots music.
