Tejas Cajun at Krause’s Cafe

Tex-Mex, Cajun, and swamp-inspired sounds come to Krause’s Cafe as Tejas Cajun performs a lively evening set in New Braunfels. Led by singer-songwriter Slim Bawb, the Americana Grammy-nominated frontman of Slim Bawb & The Fabulous Stumpgrinders, the group blends Louisiana influences with Texas roots music for a unique live performance.
The band features Slim Bawb on guitar, mandolin, and foot bass alongside Trey Martinez on button accordion and drums, with Matt Morgan performing on washboard and Cajun accordion. Together, the trio delivers a mix of original music filled with Cajun rhythms, Tex-Mex flavor, and dancehall energy.
Tejas Cajun will perform on Thursday, June 18 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Krause’s Cafe in New Braunfels.
