The Band of Heathens: Country Sides Tour at Gruene Hall

Catch an unforgettable night of live music as The Band of Heathens brings their Country Sides Tour to Gruene Hall on May 1.

Doors open at 7 pm, with opener Paige Plaisance taking the stage at 8 pm. The Band of Heathens will follow with their headlining performance at 9:30 pm.

For nearly two decades, The Band of Heathens have carved out a unique space in the Americana scene with their blend of country and rock, thoughtful songwriting, and authentic sound. Formed in 2005 in Austin, the band gained widespread attention with standout performances on Austin City Limits and at the Austin City Limits Festival. Led by core songwriters Ed Jurdi and Gordy Quist, the group continues to evolve while staying true to their roots.

Their latest album, Country Sides, reflects on their journey with introspective lyrics and a seasoned perspective, showcasing the depth and staying power of their music—including their platinum-certified hit “Hurricane.”
