Otto’s Cheese Shop hosts The Best Mozzarella Making Class on Wednesday, September 23, at 6:30 pm. This hands-on, interactive class guides participants through the process of stretching and shaping fresh mozzarella while learning cheesemaking tips, tricks, and basic cheese science.
The class runs approximately 60 to 90 minutes and includes time to shop for favorite cheeses afterward. Participants will leave with their own fresh mozzarella and skills to recreate it at home. The class is designed for beginners and anyone interested in learning the art of cheesemaking.
