The Best Mozzarella Making Class at Otto’s Cheese Shop

Learn the art of fresh mozzarella making during this hands-on class at Otto’s Cheese Shop. Participants will be guided through the cheesemaking process step-by-step while learning how to stretch, shape, and prepare fresh mozzarella from scratch.

The interactive class includes cheesemaking tips, techniques, and a bit of cheese science along the way. Guests will leave with their own handmade mozzarella as well as the skills needed to recreate the process at home. After the class, attendees can also spend time shopping for their favorite cheeses in the shop.

The Best Mozzarella Making Class takes place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 5:30 pm at Otto’s Cheese Shop. The class runs approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

Admission is $43.30 per person. The class is beginner-friendly and ideal for anyone interested in learning more about cheesemaking.
