A hands-on cheesemaking experience is offered during The Best Mozzarella Making Class at Otto’s Cheese Shop, where guests can learn how to stretch, shape, and enjoy fresh mozzarella from start to finish. Guided by the shop’s knowledgeable team, the class walks participants through the cheesemaking process step by step, blending practical instruction with helpful tips and a touch of cheese science. Time is built in to practice the technique, take home freshly made mozzarella, and browse the shop afterward to stock up on favorite cheeses.
Classes run approximately 60 to 90 minutes and are scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 5:30 pm, Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 5:30 pm, and Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 5:30 pm. Tickets are $40 plus tax, totaling $43.30 per person.
