Gruene Hall will host an evening of powerful country and Americana music on Saturday, October 25, 2025, featuring performances by The Lowdown Drifters and Adam Hood. Doors open at 8 pm, with Adam Hood taking the stage at 9 pm, followed by The Lowdown Drifters at 10:30 pm.
The Lowdown Drifters, a Fort Worth-based band, deliver an authentic blend of country, rock, and Americana rooted in raw storytelling and blue-collar grit. Known for their breakout album Last Call for Dreamers and over 150 million streams, the band’s dynamic live shows have earned them a devoted following. Their music has been featured by Rolling Stone and Whiskey Riff, and their upcoming album—produced by Grammy-nominated Wes Sharon and Malcolm Springer—marks their most ambitious project yet.
Adam Hood, a celebrated Southern singer-songwriter from Opelika, Alabama, brings his soulful “Southern songs” to the stage. With songs recorded by artists such as Miranda Lambert, Whiskey Myers, and Cody Jinks, Hood has established himself as a respected voice in American roots music. His latest releases, recorded with Brent Cobb, showcase his signature blend of country storytelling and Southern soul.
