Toddler Time at New Braunfels Public Library

Toddler Time is a lively early literacy program designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years and their caregivers. This interactive session features stories, rhymes, and songs, along with music made using shakers, movement with scarves, and plenty of opportunities to move and dance. Each program concludes with a short playtime that allows toddlers to socialize and explore alongside friends. Siblings are welcome to attend.

The program takes place on Tuesdays from 10:30 am to 11:00 am on February 3, 10, 17, and 24; March 10, 17, 24, and 31; April 7, 14, 21, and 28; and May 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2026. All sessions are held in the Main Library Meeting Room at the New Braunfels Public Library, located at 700 E. Common Street, New Braunfels, Texas.

Toddler Time is intended for early childhood audiences ages 0 to 4, with activities specifically tailored to toddlers within the recommended age range. To help ensure a positive experience for all participants, families are asked to attend only when children are feeling well and free from symptoms such as fever, vomiting, rash, persistent cough, or other signs of illness.

This Friends of the Library–supported program emphasizes caregiver participation, helping toddlers feel comfortable engaging in songs, finger plays, and group activities while also practicing basic library manners in a welcoming environment.
