Learn one of Texas’ most beloved dance traditions during Two-Step Dance Lessons at Gruene Hall. Held at Texas’ oldest continually operating dance hall, these beginner-friendly lessons offer an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of two-step dancing in a fun and welcoming environment.
Classes take place from 6 pm to 7 pm on June 4, June 11, June 25, July 9, July 30, and August 6. Participants will be guided through basic steps, timing, and dance floor techniques by an instructor, making the lessons suitable for both first-time dancers and those looking to sharpen their skills. No partner is required.
Following the lesson, guests can stay and enjoy Gruene Hall’s Thursday night live music offerings, providing the perfect opportunity to practice newly learned moves on the dance floor.
The lessons take place at Gruene Hall, located at 1281 Gruene Road, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Admission is $12 per person.
