Yoga Underground: Candlelight Christmas at Natural Bridge Caverns

Yoga Underground: Candlelight Christmas offers a one-of-a-kind wellness experience 130 feet below the surface inside the natural ballroom at Natural Bridge Caverns. Led by Winzer Van Delden, this gentle, all-levels flow yoga class is paired with a soothing sound bath, creating a peaceful setting surrounded by ancient formations and the quiet atmosphere of the cavern. The experience is designed for those looking for a calming holiday reset in an unforgettable Hill Country location.

The event takes place on December 19, 2025, at Natural Bridge Caverns, 26495 Natural Bridge Caverns Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266, with guest arrival and check-in beginning at 5:30 pm. A Hidden Wonders Cavern Tour preview is scheduled for 6:15 pm, followed by the yoga session from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm. Participants will depart at 7:45 pm, and the evening includes free access to the Christmas at the Caverns event starting at 8 pm.
