SUMMARY:Klasses In Drama at Circle Arts Theatre
DESCRIPTION:Youth performers can explore the world of theatre during Klasses In Drama\, a multi-week educational program held at Circle Arts Theatre from February 16 through May 3\, 2026. Designed for students in grades 2 through 9\, the program introduces participants to theatre fundamentals while guiding them through the full process of preparing and performing in a stage production. The first three weeks focus on theatre basics and audition preparation\, followed by auditions and seven weeks of rehearsals leading up to live performances. \nClasses and rehearsals are scheduled on Mondays from 4:30 pm to 5:45 pm or 5:45 pm to 7 pm\, and on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 7 pm\, with students meeting once a week for classes and one to two times per week during the rehearsal phase. The semester concludes with performances of Seussical Jr. on May 1 through May 3\, bringing beloved Dr. Seuss characters to life in a fun and energetic production. \nRegistration is currently open\, and additional details are available at CircleArtsTheatre.org.
