Participants will be guided through the cheesemaking process step-by-step while learning how to stretch\, shape\, and prepare fresh mozzarella from scratch. \nThe interactive class includes cheesemaking tips\, techniques\, and a bit of cheese science along the way. Guests will leave with their own handmade mozzarella as well as the skills needed to recreate the process at home. After the class\, attendees can also spend time shopping for their favorite cheeses in the shop. \nThe Best Mozzarella Making Class takes place on Sunday\, June 21\, 2026\, at 5:30 pm at Otto’s Cheese Shop. The class runs approximately 60 to 90 minutes. \nAdmission is $43.30 per person. The class is beginner-friendly and ideal for anyone interested in learning more about cheesemaking.
