Mattresses are accepted only at City Hall\, Walnut Springs Elementary\, and Mesquite Creek Landfill. The landfill may charge a fee for mattress disposal; residents are encouraged to check the Waste Management website for current pricing details. \nItems not accepted include electronics or appliances\, household hazardous waste\, yard or green waste\, loose or bagged garbage\, scrap metal\, construction or remodeling debris\, fixtures\, business or commercial waste\, and partial or damaged tires\, including motorcycle\, ATV\, or lawn mower tires. \nThose using the Mesquite Creek Landfill must ensure all trailers are tarped\, each person in the vehicle wears a safety vest\, and only one load per household is delivered.
