In the face of recent devastation, Texans have shown up for one another in true Lone Star fashion. Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen countless benefit concerts, donation drives, and boots on the ground helping neighbors clean up and recover from historic flooding across the Hill Country. The generosity, grit, and unity on display have been truly inspiring during some incredibly dark times.
This Sunday, August 10, that spirit continues at Gruene Hall, where Jon Wolfe & Friends will take the stage for what is sure to be an unforgettable acoustic song swap to raise money for flood relief efforts.
Hosted in partnership with KNBT 92.1 FM Radio New Braunfels, the event will gather some of Texas’ most beloved country and Americana artists, offering a powerful blend of music and mission inside the state’s most iconic dance hall. It’s a rare opportunity to see top-tier talent in an intimate setting while helping fellow Texans recover and rebuild.

A Personal Mission for Jon Wolfe
Jon Wolfe, who helped spearhead the benefit, shared why this event means so much:
“The catastrophic flooding in the Hill Country and Central Texas has been both tragic and historic. It’s been amazing to see so many great artists create powerful events over the past few weeks to raise money and support those impacted. Texas supports country music like no other—and this is our chance to support Texas when folks need it most.”
It’s a powerful reminder of how deeply Texas music is woven into the heart of its communities.
Come for the Music, Stay for the Mission
Music has always brought Texans together, and this time, it’s rallying us to help rebuild what’s been lost.
If you’re in the New Braunfels area, or anywhere nearby, this is one Sunday afternoon you won’t want to miss.
