The iconic horses are visiting New Braunfels for the first time in decades
This weekend, the legendary Budweiser Clydesdales will be trotting through town, bringing their unmistakable charm and showstopping presence.
Catch them downtown on Friday, April 18 at 5 pm for a parade and again in Gruene on Saturday, April 19 at 2 pm.
It’s a rare chance to see the team up close, so bring the whole family and your cameras.

FARMERS MARKET CELEBRATES 15 YEARS
Braune Farms and local vendors mark a milestone in downtown New Braunfels
The New Braunfels Farmers Market turned 15 this past weekend, celebrating a decade and a half of fresh produce, handmade goods, and community connection. Longtime vendors like Braune Farms were on hand for the festivities, which included live music, raffles, and plenty of local flavor.
Since its start, the market has become a Saturday morning staple in downtown New Braunfels, drawing crowds each week.
Congratulations to all the farmers, artisans, and supporters who’ve helped it grow into what it is today!

A NEW WINE BAR IS OPENING SOON

Here are some important happenings around the New Braunfels area right now:
• MUDs on the Ballot: Comal County voters will decide whether to approve new Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) including Comal County MUD No. 5. These districts shape how new communities are built, how utilities are provided, and what residents pay in taxes. Learn more about how they work and what's at stake in the May 3 election.
• Shop Shane & Co. Is Closing: The boutique at 453 S. Seguin Ave. is shutting its doors. Everything must go, and the future of the business is still to be decided. Owner Ashlee Hill thanked customers and friends for their support over the years.
• Founders Day Closures: City offices will be closed Friday, April 18 in observance of Founders Day. That includes City Hall, the library, parks offices, and more. Das Rec will be open Friday and Saturday, but closed on Sunday. Visit the city website for more details.
