A Three-Day Celebration of Fly Fishing and Conservation

The largest fly fishing event in Texas, Troutfest TX 2025, is happening February 21-23 at Lazy L&L Campground along the Guadalupe River. Hosted by Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited (GRTU), this nationally recognized festival draws over 4,000 fishing enthusiasts, conservationists, and outdoor lovers.

HOUSING MARKET UPDATE: HOME SALES DROP IN 78130, CONTRACTS INCREASE IN 78132

Latest Trends in New Braunfels Real Estate

The latest housing market data from the Four Rivers Association of Realtors shows some mixed trends for New Braunfels real estate.

Home sales in the 78130 ZIP code saw a 19% decline, while the 78132 ZIP code saw an increase in homes under contract compared to last year.

The majority of homes sold in January were in the $300,000-$499,999 price range, with median home prices rising in 78130 but slightly decreasing in 78132.
