Get Rid of Unwanted Large Items for Free
Time for some spring cleaning! This Saturday, March 8, New Braunfels residents can drop off bulky household items for free at four designated locations across the city.
✅ Accepted Items:
🛏️ Furniture & mattresses
🚗 Up to 4 whole passenger tires (no rims)
🚛 Oversized non-metal trash items
❌ Not Accepted:
📺 Electronics, 🏠 Appliances, 🌿 Green waste, 🏗️ Construction debris
📅 Date: Saturday, March 8
🕚 Time: 8 AM - Noon
📍 Various drop-off sites (check NewBraunfels.gov/recyclecenter for locations)
🚨 Important: If you're using a trailer, you must take it to the Mesquite Creek Landfill and wear a safety vest while unloading.
