🌊 CANYON LAKE REACHES LOWEST LEVELS IN 50 YEARS
Drought conditions continue to impact the region
Canyon Lake, one of the most popular spots for boating and recreation in Texas, is experiencing its lowest water levels in over 50 years. The lake is currently only 47.7% full, compared to 60% at this time last year.
The ongoing drought has closed all public boat ramps since last fall, and with no significant rainfall in sight, water access remains limited. Officials urge visitors to check conditions before heading out, as more restrictions could be implemented if levels continue to drop.
🚤 No public boat ramps are currently open

Most hearing aids have one processor. These bad boys have two. They process speech and noise separately.
What does this mean? It means speech gets clearer and crisper – more than ever before. Conversations and listening become effortless. Oh, and they’re so tiny, they’re practically invisible.

DID YOU KNOW?
The founders of New Braunfels held their first church service on the very day they arrived—Good Friday, March 21, 1845. A year later, they built a log church on the same site, and in 1875, a limestone church from the Landa Quarry was erected nearby. A silver chalice used in that first service, gifted by Prince Carl, is now displayed in the church’s history room, while its twin remains in the prince’s family castle in Braunfels, Germany.
