Tour historic homes and discover stories from New Braunfels' past

The New Braunfels Conservation Society’s Annual Historic Home Tour returns this Saturday, April 19, from 10 am to 3 pm. This self-guided experience lets guests explore some of the city’s most treasured historic homes while learning about the people who lived there.

Tickets are $20 and must be purchased in person at the Chamber of Commerce or Historic Old Town.

A popular East Coast-style pizzeria bids farewell to its NB location

NB’s Wicked Bah Pizza is officially closing at the end of April after two and a half years of serving up South Shore-style pies in New Braunfels.

Owners Nikki and Bill Whittaker are stepping away for an exciting new opportunity—details to be announced soon.

Until then, they’re keeping normal hours (noon to 8 pm, Thursday through Monday), and fans are encouraged to stop in for one last slice.

Safely get rid of old documents—no shredders needed

Need to clear out your file cabinet? Head to City Hall this Saturday, April 19, from 8 am to noon for New Braunfels’ annual Shred Day.

Residents can bring up to three banker-sized boxes of documents to be shredded on-site. Be sure to bring a valid ID and utility bill.

Entry will be from Laurel Lane and exit onto Walnut Avenue.
