Aging Well & Caregiver Support with Methodist Healthcare at New Braunfels Public Library

Adults interested in navigating the challenges of aging or caregiving are invited to attend a helpful and informative session hosted by Methodist Healthcare. This supportive program will cover strategies for aging well, local resources available to caregivers, and tips for maintaining physical and emotional well-being.
This free session is open to the public and will take place on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Red Lantana Room in the New Braunfels Public Library (Main Branch), 700 E Common St, New Braunfels, TX. While registration is recommended, it is not required to attend.
