4th Annual Derby Day at The Villa

A day of tradition, style, and celebration returns with the 4th Annual Derby Day at The Villa on May 2. Inspired by the excitement of the Kentucky Derby, this event blends Southern charm with live entertainment, festive contests, and race-day fun.

Guests can enjoy live music throughout the day with Zach Blue performing from 2 pm to 5 pm, SoulTwang Band from 5 pm to 8 pm, and Culture Jam closing out the night from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Races will be shown all day, leading up to the Kentucky Derby at 5:57 pm, with cash wagers beginning at 4 pm.

Southern favorites will be served by Tish’s Homestyle Cooking, adding to the authentic Derby Day experience. Attendees are encouraged to dress the part, with contests for Best Hat and Best Dressed (male and female) adding to the festivities.

The event takes place at The Villa in New Braunfels.
