Cousins Maine Lobster at Saengerfest at Downtown Main Plaza

A popular food truck favorite joins the Saengerfest celebration as Cousins Maine Lobster serves up its signature dishes on May 2 from 12 pm to 10 pm in Downtown New Braunfels.

Set alongside a full day of live music, shopping, local vendors, and family-friendly activities, this stop offers a chance to enjoy a wide variety of Maine lobster specialties. Menu highlights include classic lobster rolls served Maine, garlic, or Connecticut-style, along with lobster tacos, quesadillas, lobster tots, lobster tails, grilled cheese, bisque, and clam chowder. Sweet treats like whoopie pies round out the offerings.
