Das Dreizehn.Eins (13.1) Half Marathon and 5K at Prince Solms Park

Das Dreizehn.Eins, often called simply “DAS,” returns to New Braunfels on Sunday, January 25, 2026, offering a half marathon, 5K run or walk, and a kids run in a lively, community-focused race experience. Designed to showcase the city, the course winds through downtown New Braunfels, Landa Park, scenic neighborhoods, the historic Gruene District, and iconic river crossings before finishing back at Prince Solms Park. The event blends serious running with a celebratory atmosphere, featuring post-race refreshments, finisher medals, and a post-race party that continues into late morning.

Race day activities begin with packet pickup at 5:45 am. The half marathon starts at 7 am, followed by the 5K run or walk at 7:45 am and the kids run at 8:30 am. A post-race celebration runs from 9 am to 11:30 am. The half marathon has a four-hour time limit. All participants receive a finisher medal, and those registered by January 1 receive a race shirt. In-person half marathon finishers who register by December 21 also receive a finisher jacket.

Entry fees vary by race and registration date. The 5K ranges from $25 to $45, the half marathon from $65 to $105, and the kids run is $15. A virtual half marathon option is available for $95. Teams of five or more receive a 10 percent discount, and there are no refunds. Awards are presented for overall and age-group winners in both the half marathon and 5K.

Packet pickup is available Saturday, January 24, from 11 am to 6 pm at Two Rivers Running, located at 1265 N. Academy Ave., Suite 1101, New Braunfels, TX 78130, with additional pickup available race morning starting at 5:45 am.
