Gruene 10K/5K/Kids K at Gruene Hall

Runners of all ages and abilities are invited to hit the streets of historic Gruene for the annual Gruene 10K, 5K, and Kids K. Hosted by Athlete Guild, this scenic race begins at Texas’ oldest dance hall, Gruene Hall, and winds through charming streets backed by live music vibes and small-town flair.

The race takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, starting with the Kids Fun Run at 7:30 am, followed by the 10K at 7:45 am and the 5K at 8:00 am. Packet pickup will be available on race day beginning at 6:30 am in the Gruene parking lot, or in advance on Friday, September 12, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at Two Rivers Running, 1265 N Academy Ave Ste 1101, New Braunfels, TX 78130.

Finishers are encouraged to stick around for post-race festivities featuring cold Shiner beer and local camaraderie. T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register by August 26, and awards will be given to the top three male and female runners in multiple age divisions.

Registration fees vary based on event and registration date, with general admission for the 10K ranging from $35 to $70, the 5K from $30 to $55, and the Kids Fun Run from $15 to $20. A shirt-only option is also available for $25. Teams of five or more receive a 10% discount once the fifth member registers.
