Hill Country MHDD Care Navigators On Site In-Person at New Braunfels Public Library

The Hill Country MHDD Care Navigation team will be on site at the New Braunfels Public Library to provide walk-in, one-on-one support for individuals seeking help with social determinants of health. These include access to transportation, food, childcare, education services, healthcare, social connections, and more. Funded by SAMHSA, this service helps community members identify personal needs and build customized plans for accessing available resources. Friendly experts from Hill Country MHDD Centers will work collaboratively with each guest to find meaningful solutions—no appointment needed.

Walk-in assistance will be available from 10 am to 12 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, in the Bluebonnet Room at the New Braunfels Public Library (Main Branch), located at 700 E Common Street, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
