Sound Bath Sunday Reset – Registration Required at New Braunfels Public Library

Sound Bath Sunday Reset offers a calming and immersive experience designed to promote relaxation and balance through sound therapy. This program takes place from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on April 12, May 10, June 14, July 12, August 9, September 13, October 11, November 8, and December 13, 2026.
Participants will experience an enveloping soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments. The session is guided intuitively, allowing the vibrations to help release tension, restore balance, and create a sense of renewal and calm that can carry into the week ahead.
Registration is required to attend, and participants should bring their own yoga mat. This event is intended for adults and will be held in the Main Library Meeting Room at the New Braunfels Public Library (Main Branch), 700 E Common St, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Admission is free.
