The area’s largest senior-focused event is almost here! The New Braunfels Senior Expo takes over the Civic/Convention Center on Tuesday, November 4, from 9 am to 3 pm, bringing together an impressive lineup of health and wellness experts, financial advisors, and local lifestyle resources — all dedicated to helping seniors live healthier, happier, and more connected lives.
If you’re someone 55 or older or a caregiver to someone who is, this event is one you won’t want to miss.
Admission and parking are completely free, and guests can look forward to hourly giveaways, yoga sessions, hands-on workshops, and bingo games throughout the day. The event will also feature free health screenings and one-on-one consultations with professionals who specialize in retirement planning, estate management, home services, and more.
If you need a ride, a complimentary shuttle service will be available from the Knights of Columbus Hall (111 Landa St.), courtesy of New Braunfels Mobility.
The Senior Expo is designed to connect local residents with the area’s best senior-focused resources in one place. Attendees can:
- Explore health and wellness booths offering screenings, mobility solutions, and nutrition advice.
- Meet with financial and retirement experts ready to answer questions about investments, insurance, and estate planning.
- Discover community and lifestyle resources, from volunteer opportunities and senior living options to travel, hobbies, and fitness programs.
More than 70 local exhibitors will be on-site, including well-known names like Hope Hospice, WellMed, Visiting Angels, and the Comal County Senior Citizens Foundation.
New Braunfels Life PLUS members will enjoy special extras this year, including a free signature cocktail, a Great American Cookie coupon, and reserved bingo seating during the event. These are just a few of the benefits of being a PLUS member, which also include access to premium local stories, insider deals, and special invitations throughout the year.
