Among the biggest additions this year is Hilltop Hideaway, a brand-new resort-style pool area that opened in March. Guests can also enjoy a fast-service bar and grill on-site, making this scenic hangout spot ideal for lounging poolside, grabbing a bite between activities, or soaking in a sunset with a drink in hand.
For thrill seekers, the long-awaited Guadalupe Glider zipline opens Memorial Day Weekend, and it’s something you’ll want to check out.
Spanning 1,540 feet with a dramatic 130-foot elevation change, the ride offers four parallel lines that send guests soaring over the Guadalupe River at speeds of up to 40 mph. The experience ends with a walk across a suspension bridge, adding a final rush of adrenaline to one of the resort’s most ambitious attractions yet.
Like Camp Fimfo’s popular Cliff Carver alpine coaster, the zipline is open to both overnight guests and day visitors through Fimfo Adventures.
Camp Fimfo’s playful spirit carries over into the campground’s themed programming, which is expanding in a big way for 2025.
With nearly 30 themes planned throughout the season, guests can look forward to fan favorites like “Water Wars” and “Keepin’ It Reel,” alongside new ideas like “Off to the Races” and “S’more Encounters.”
Each theme brings its own schedule of daily activities, special food and drink menus, and family-friendly events designed to keep campers of all ages entertained from sunup to sundown.

A brand-new ropes course, added in late summer 2024, gives guests the chance to climb, balance, and swing their way through a hilltop challenge area.
