Saludo’s

ETA: Early 2026

Another exciting addition is coming to downtown New Braunfels, and it’s bringing new life to one of the city’s most historic spaces. ¡Saludos! Cocina + Bar is set to open inside the iconic Dittlinger Roller Mills building, introducing a Mexico City–inspired concept from the teams behind Las Fontanas, The Box Street Social, and CRAFThouse.
